Tuscany Golf Club Back Up And Running With All 18 Greens
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - July 2007 At the start of July, 2007, Tuscany Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada was forced to close three greens on the golf course in order to do some maintenance. During this process, the playing surfaces were moved forward and temporary greens were used on these holes. The bermuda grass from the overseed was not coming in as well as they would have liked and the superintendent decided three of the greens on the golf course needed to be resodded.

Two fantastic traditional layouts await golfers of any caliber at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club. The Palm course features ten water holes and, as its name suggests, showcases many large palm trees. The Pine Course has many mature pine trees and is a bit narrower. Both courses were designed by renowned golf course architect Desmond Muirhead and opened in 1972.
Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale claims two spectacular desert golf courses – the Talon and the Raptor. The Talon, measuring at 6,973 yards, was designed by David Graham and Gary Panks. It is the recipient of several award including being selected as one of Golf Magazine’s “Top 10 You Can Play.� The Raptor course opened in 1995 and measures 7,108 yards from the tips.
Camelback Golf Club features 36 holes of championship golf located in beautiful Scottsdale. This past weekend, I took the opportunity to travel to Scottsdale, Arizona and play golf at The Phoenician Golf Club. As we entered the gate, I could not help but feel how nice the whole golf resort area is. Everything that I saw there is very well maintained. When I pulled up to the bag drop, there were few people waiting to load the golf clubs on golf carts and direct you to the Golf Shop to check in.
