ARIZONA; Friday, July 20, 2007 - Below is the most current announcement regarding TPC Scottsdale's Stadium Course.

To ensure TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course continues to provide resort golfers with consistently outstanding playing conditions and to prepare for the 2008 FBR Open, the course will be completely re-sodded beginning on Monday, July 23. The course will be closed for play throughout this process, but will re-open on Tuesday, August 28.

During this closure period, the golf shop, practice facility, TOUR Academy, and The Grill will remain open. The hours are as follows: Golf Shop – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Practice Facility – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., TOUR Academy – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and The Grill – 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Work continues to progress on the construction of the new Champions Course on the site of the old Desert Course. This stunning Randy Heckenkemper designed layout will rival the beauty and playability of the Stadium Course, with 7,100 yards of undulating fairways, manicured greens and challenging bunkers. The Champions Course is scheduled to open on Thursday, November 15, 2007.
