Since Jack Nicklaus acquired back his equipment company from former partner Nelson Doubleday, the real development of quality equipment has begun to bear fruit.  The latest and greatest news is that the Polarity MTR Irons were rated #1 by an independent study put on by Rankmark.  This is remarkable progress in such a short time!

Rankmark pitted 7 brands (MacGregor MT MID Irons, Ping G10, TaylorMade r7 CGB Max Irons, Titleist AP1 Irons, Callaway FT irons, King Cobra S9 Irons, and Nicklaus Polarity MTR Irons) as the "Best of the Best" from earlier tests that included 28 different models and brands.  These 7 were then revealed to the testers who hit all 7 and were charged with picking the best one of the manufacturer's clubs based on looks, feel, closest-to-the-target, and overall satisfaction.  The Nicklaus company's Polarity MTR Irons won hands down.  This is no small feat considering the fine competition.
