Rees Jones is the son of renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones. It is no wonder that Rees Jones has established himself as one of the greatest course architects in modern times. Learning from his father was a great proving ground for the young Jones.

There are two golf courses in Nevada that were designed by Rees Jones, they are Cascata and Rio Secco. Both of these golf courses are rated among the top five Las Vegas golf courses each year. These challenging golf courses will test your game but provide some of the most dramatic views of the city and surrounding topography.

Rees Jones designs golf courses that are fair and will reward a well-played shot. Conversely, if you hit a bad shot you will be equally punished. Typically the greens tend to be medium in size and difficult to putt.

Some other courses by Rees Jones include the Creek Course at Hammock Dunes, Golf Club of the Everglades and Grand Niagara Resort.
